• How can I change <insert your thing here>?

  Answer: Check the last image from the gallery, you can find the settings tab in the spawnmenu.

• How can I disable it?

  Answer: You can do that in the setting tab or use the following command in the console: cl_snoi_enabled 0

• What is the HUD/weapons/knife you use in the video?

  Answer: These things come from the weapon base called ARC-9[github.com], which is not published to the workshop at the moment I write this answer.
