Description:

Replaces the ugly skull giantbook sprite with that one rotating skull gif

Inspired by fly_6’s The Skeleton Appears mod

Includes Mod Config Menu options to enable Bad to the Bone riff when:

– XIII – Death is used
– Champion enemies are killed
– Isaac activates the Necromicon or loses a Black Heart (Includes items such as Dry Baby which inherently activate the Necromicon)
– Isaac hallucinates (Delirium backdrop change and static)
