New Governor: Monk
The Monk is a calm, peaceful, polite figure. A man who preaches pacifism, he is very popular amongst the locals but he is reluctant to fund military and security initatives as his pacifistic nature conflicts with the fundamental ideas of war. With a governor that is so weak on the military and security side, good luck keeping the Insurgents at bay.
