The civil servant has undergone some serious training and he can….wait wait wait,am i reading this right?! HE CAN USE THE EFFECTS OF MOST ADVISORS AT ONCE?!
Anyways,he has been appointed to stabilize the Azure Dam region.
Can you stabilize the region with the new civil servant while rebuilding the dam wich is in critical condition? Oh- i almost forgot about the embassies.
