The 1905 Revolution has ended but left Russia in complete turmoil, as large groups of socialist revolutionaries rapidly influence the population into radical and extremist ideals, and Central Europe being as aggressive as ever. Russia, as we know it, is bound to collapse. However, with Stolypin’s promised economic agarian reforms, and the liberals with some form of power within the State Duma, Russia might have a chance to prove itself. So, Nicholas, what do you say we make change?

Tips for playing this scenario:
Get the Industrialization Plan (in economic development section of civilian intiatives) as early as possible to strengthen your National Soldiers (who are weaker)
Get either Railroads 2 (Highways) or the Logistics upgrade in order to remove the weak supply lines.
