Updated to 1.17.1

Elder Kings 2 Submod:
Adds a new character picker that to the Tsaeci consume interaction allowing you to choose who should potentially receive the Tsaescence trait. Eligible characters must follow a religion with the Tsaescence tenant and be non-infirm adults.

To do this you must click on the Consume Ritual interaction on a prisoner.

I may add more features on request.
