Phantom Manor
This is a Second Empire Style House build mainly of wood and a concrete base. It is HEAVILY based off of the Phantom Manor Haunted House in Walt Disney World, Florida. This was the initial design submitted for the Haunted house in Disneyland, California, however, Walt Disney wanted the park, and particularly the french quarter section, to be pristine, so the idea was scrapped and a clean, Antebellum style design was chosen instead.
The Base features:
– 3 bedrooms
– 3 bathrooms
– 2 Living areas
– Wrap around deck
There is also an Empty attic, as well as a basement. Right now,I have blocked in power, storage, a sick bay, and a 4th bathroom in the basement, however, it is not keeping within the theme of the main levels. The roof also makes for a perfect landing pad or a spot for solar panels. The house is airtight, but lacks ventilators at current.
