I really liked both versions and decided to mash them together with basically all the functionality from both versions, while trying to make a somewhat balanced character! 😛
Also added some BS counters against ex. Saitama and Thanos.

Character Description:

A young kensei of the eastern Dojo, you could say she is a… Novice Master. Have an unorthodox way of dealing deadly blows.

Moves:

Fuki has no STRONG attacks but instead a second set of normals that are accessed through her strong button and can be used in the air, strong attacks apply a black mark, normal attacks apply a white mark and specials apply both.

Her NSPECIAL will gain a white charge when hitting an opponent with a white attack and a black charge when hitting with a black attack, at 3 charges NSPECIAL can be used to release a projectile with both combo potential and kill power at higher percents. 3 white charges realease a white blade projectile, 3 black charges release a black blade projectile and with both charges maxed you release a whirlwind.

Her DSPECIAL when used will consume all of the black and white marks on the oponent and for each mark consumed you heal (5% per black mark, 2% per white mark) yourself and "store" (18% per black mark, 10% per white mark) damage onto the opponent, this "stored" damage will then be applied to the oponent after you fully activate the karmic meter (you can see how much damage you have stored on your opponent by using DSPECIAL whenever, even if the oponents doesn’t have any marks to update it, this will appear on top of Fuki’s HUD as KR Damage). At 4 white hits and 3 black hits, indicated by the mark under the opponent, they will be temporarily reduced to 0% for easy combos then after a short while their % will return together with any stored KR Damage you have.
Stored damage and marks are lost upon death.

If you crouch while taunting you will activate Soulform in which your body will hover above your soul. In this form you take continous damage but also heal instantly from any white/black hits that would normally apply marks. In Soulform you take no direct damage, yet is still knocked back, however your real body is a weakness and if hit you will be forced back into your body with a LONG stagger. Taunt + Crounch or DSPECIAL will cancel Soulform and return you back to your body.

If hit by a BS attack that would oneshot the attack is reflected and you enter a state in which you cannot be knocked back, indicated by a big Yinyang symbol, you can cancel this by crouching.
