Alpha 0.17.0 Release of the Procedural Map Generator Project

This is the Alpha 0.17.0 release of the Procedural Map Generator Project, which marks the 83rd update to the generator. It is intended both to serve as an example map to demonstrate the current capabilities of the generator and to serve as a template for people using the generator.

8/27/24 Update to remove map table for now to see if this fixes issue for people without legends of the dead dlc.
-Use the Generator[ck2rpg.github.io].
-A tutorial is available on the Discord[discord.gg]. We also discuss suggestions, tips, bug reports, contributing, and active development there.
