Description:

Military-centric mod that creates unit specialization, diversification, and add dozens of new units and effects for a better, richer military experience.
Companion Mod: Dynamic World, Dynamic Battlefield, Middle Kingdom Map, Morale mod and Battlegear. Tested with Base game and with any combionation of DLCs. Now in English and German, (Thanks Groo) with unique art for all new units (Thanks And)!

Key features:

Specialized Troops: 13 new units, 21 new promotions, and significant specialization rebalance for elite troops, e.g. Warrior Monks
Tech Diffusion: Technology is expensive for the first nation to research it, but its cost will graduately decrease as more nations learn its secrets
Tribal Alliance Enhancement: Tribes will continue to raid your enemy after joining an alliance, and will continue to remain at peace with rougue factions (e.g. Raiders and barbarians)
AI enhancements: AI will play differently each game, with a greater focus on diversified elite units

Additional features:
New events, new technologies, new laws.
Customized formations and visuals
Dynamic XP–XP gained in battle varies depends on outcome
Battlefield Promotion: A unit performing well in battle may earn a bonus promotion based on the fight it was just in
New unit mechanic – stationary towers (30HP, 5-7 str, cannot move, ranged harassment archers great at picking off weaklings and Zealots).
New unit mechanic – Mountaineers can enter Mountain tiles, and allow other units to cross mountains.
max level 10. Elite units are much more powerful than new recruits
New unit-generating improvements
War tax and military specializations counteract peace-only strategies
Architypes and families provide different wartime benefits
Promotions, generals and leaders have strong impact on units, making top tier elites fearsome and valuable
Defense, terrain, ranged support each play a critical role in a rich combat experience
Greatly expanded the use of splashing and other AoE, and other special effects of appropriate military classes
Tribal units are now fierce and able to hold their own against assaults from Nations

A word on design philosophy due to popular demand:
Quality over quantity: Mod does not try to add loads of content similar to one another, but to differentiate units from one another. No one-unit-to-rule-them-all here.
Quality over quantity Pt 2: Q/Q philosophy extends to the battlefield too–elite units are deadly compared to new recruits, and promotion, leveling up, and tactical advantage can allow a lone unit to stand up to a horde
Transparency: Units and their effects are transparently stated in their in-game texts, so to allow players to plan without guessing, think without relying on tribal knowledge
Defense and attrition: you will likely find it much easier to defend than to attack, nor will a few barbarian horsemen be able to overtake your city. Likewise, don’t be surprised when you are unable to overtake an AI capital even when you have decisive advantage over open terrain.
