In the game, when you open the infocard, the stat information with the highest display order is displayed on the right side. This should be a description. Right?
But for some reason the description and quality have the same display order (whyy???), so they both are displayed in alphabetical order instead. This is where the problem appears in some languages. When you open the infocard with these languages, the quality will be displayed instead of description. This really annoys me so I fixed it.

This mod just increases the description display order so the description will always displayed by default regardless of your language.
