Leper Blindness Tweak – Ranger Edition
Gets rid of Leper’s passive entirely, letting him get at least one hit in before the RNG fest.
This mod sits outside my usual line-up of Vanilla+ mods, but I thought I may as well create a branch from my mod since I was already making a tweak on Leper’s passive. This was suggested by Discord user @electricr4nger at ShuffleFM’s Discord, since Leper does get kinda screwed over by bad rolls compared to other damage dealer in the game.
+ Leper: Removed his passive Blind on Combat Start entirely.
