M4A3R3 "Zippo" Sherman Medium Tank (COMMISSION)

The M4A3R3 Zippo Sherman was a variant of the M4 Sherman tank used by the U.S. military during World War II. It was equipped with a flamethrower, designed for close-range combat to clear bunkers, trenches, and fortified positions. The Zippo Sherman retained the M4A3’s main 75mm gun, but the flamethrower was installed coaxially beside the main gun, operated by the gunner. The tank carried a significant amount of flamethrower fuel, making it a formidable weapon against enemy infantry and fortifications. The "Zippo" nickname referred to its ability to "light up" enemy positions, akin to the famous lighter brand.
