There are no maintenance costs for science buildings, and science of scientists and academies is increased by two. Gun units and automata’s defense bonus are increased by 33%(50% on the rough).

Automata
Replaces the Infantry. It is treated as an Armor unit and ignores terrain cost.

Yuuka UB
Seminar Room
Replaces the Garden. In addition to the effectiveness of the Garden, it has no maintenance costs, does not require fresh water, and provides 1 scientist slot.
