No "On Play" Deselect
Lets Instance (also known as "On Play" Range) pages be played without unslotting the page that is already slotted into the same Speed Die.
Idea taken from kyw‘s ‘On Play’ page Fix, with an additional patch to fix a bug that allowed Instance pages to be played at no Light cost (even ones that would normally have a positive Light cost).
