Description:

Mora IFV – Radar

Mora Infantry Fighting Vehicle – Radar Variant

Composition specifications:
Hull:
– Has Driver + 8 Passenger seats,
– Gunner and Commander seats removed,
– Inventory available,
– Driver can drop smoke screen up to 4 times.

Turret:
– Has Commander Seat,
– Driver Seat removed,
– Inventory removed

Armament:
Driver:
– 4 (2+2) Smoke Screen
Gunner:
– Camera can be raised/lowered with laser marker
– Left Ctrl + R => turns on Radar

Note:
The Radar actually works when turned on, because you can see the anti-air defenses acting up and start sending rockets towards enemies in the air. Works great with SAM sites. Mora SAM platform is on the way.

This composition has no crew, it’s empty. However, here’s one with crew!

Description:
A composition which enhances the already lacking vanilla content, adds a different variant of an already existing modular vehicle in the game (let’s not fool anyone, it’s a modified Mora hull with a modified Nyx pasted on top). Acts as a troop carrier with a remote weapons station, now where have we seen that before?

The composition consists of vanilla assets, uses the vehicle’s init field to execute scripts. No need for any special attention when placing this composition in either editor or Zeus. Simple place and use.

Works flawlessly in singleplayer and missions in general, however… for multiplayer purposes you must include " zeusCompositionScriptLevel = 2; " in the description file of the dedicated server… or you can use the following mod: Enable Composition Scripts (do read what’s it about).

Known issues:
– Driver’s view from the inside of Mora is clear, Nyx Gunner seat is also great!
– When the composition is spawned, it instantly starts reloading the Driver’s smoke screen. The reload is 60 seconds long.
– Nyx is not much elevated, doesn’t take much aiming around Mora’s right corner side to enter the Nyx Gunner’s seat.
– Ordering AIs to enter locked seats will instantly kick them out, but you can drag them into these slots. AI’s usually follow a seat hierarchy, such as driver > gunner > commander. If one of the slots is locked, they can’t proceed to the other.
– Possibility that the composition will be spotted, but not engaged by enemy AI’s whatsoever. This is because of Arma limitations. There’s nothing I can do on my side to fix this.

Feel free to use the code in the vehicle itself. It belongs to all of us. Get creative and share with us Your creations!

I don’t do any requests, please don’t bother asking.
