Panzerkampfwagen IV is a medium tank of the armored forces of Nazi Germany during the Second World War. The most massive tank of the Wehrmacht: almost 8,600 vehicles were produced; it was mass-produced from 1937 to 1945 in several modifications. It is the most massive tank in the history of German tank building.
