Originally a Danish possession, St Croix, along with the rest of the US Virgin Islands, was sold to the United States to prevent the possibility of German occupation during WW1.
This is a Tropical map, that requires some mods. It contains a small starting village, port facilities, and a power plant. There are no customs houses, and no customs houses can be placed on the map without modification; all goods must be imported and exported by air or ship, of which three ships are provided (one open, one general, one oil tanker). The island has plenty of natural resources, though they may be easier or harder to get to depending on the resource.
The island has a long history of colonialism, sugar plantations, and rum distilleries. What will its future look like in your hands?
