Added a new Chinese leader, Sun Wukong

Monkey King
Has a Sun Wukong unit with a unique promotion tree. Units receive +1 Combat Strength and provide +1 Faith for each promotion.

The Sun Wukong (unit) can be promoted from Monkey King -> Great Sage, Heaven’s Equal -> Victorious Fighting Buddha
