YOMI Hustle’s first BOSS character (I think, don’t quote me on that.)
Features:
– All the moves of the original Eye of Cthulhu
– Summon Servant – summon’s a Servant of Cthulhu
– Charge – Eye of Cthulhu’s charges forward to attack opponent
– Super Charge – Eye of Cthulhu’s signature 2nd phase attack
– A 2nd Phase at Half Hp ;]
– Still has the ability to be combo’d, so that he’s a fair (enough) matchup
– You can still move and D.I. when damaged, but attacks cost a lot more meter
– Gains super meter passively
– The less health you have, the more meter is gained

There is no AI for this BOSS character, meaning it’s player controlled.
