Jesus Juice: Walk on Water
This mod makes it so when you get Jesus Juice you gain the ability to walk on water tiles, which are mostly exclusive to the Caves. You can also walk on acid or blood in the Womb.
As of 1.1: Also works when the room is flooded using Flush! (Though the room is unflooded when you leave)
