Description:

Gives Viera more interesting stats.

No biome bonuses/penalties, staffs get massive power boost with a serious drawback, two different setups for dual-wielding, and finally those "mystic blasts" are useful, less potent at first, but scaling with power multiplier.

Also this mod fixes Viera shiplocker treasurepool.
