Ralsei Dye and Hat Flairs

Once upon a time, there was a lonely prince. He was fluffy, a goat, and was adored by all of his subjects, which was only himself. He longed for friends until one day 2 and a half friends appeared on his doorstep and he lived happily ever after, baking them yummy cakes and giving lots of hugs to make others feel better.

This mod comes with:
– A dye that changes Hat Kids model to a Ralsei themed one.
– Goat ears (They were very hard to make)
– (Ralsei’s Hat) Sprint Hat flair
– (Ralsei’s Hat with a Ribbon) Time Stop Hat flair with some custom neat effects!

I wanted to make this because there used to be a Ralsei mod that I liked, but is now gone, so I made my own.
The models and textures are all made by me if anyone is curious.
