[VJ] Hololive SNPCs : Shishiro Botan

This Addon Includes 1 SNPC :

= Shishiro Botan: Contrary to her sporty appearance, she’s a white lion who prefers lazing around.
Despite her typically hands-off attitude, once she has made up her mind she will always follow through to the end. Deadly when armed.

= Shishiro Botan =
– Has 250 Base Health
– Botan can spawn with either a Spetsnaz or SEAL Loadout.
– Spetsnaz Loadout has Adidas AKM, PP-2000, and RPG-7.
– SEAL Loadout has SCAR-H, MP7, and AT4.
– RPG-7’s Rocket will disappear from the tube after firing.
– AT4s are discarded after firing.
– Botan will switch to her secondary/backup firearm when enemies are close enough and she can’t reload in safety.
– Also armed with 4 grenades: Frag, Stun, Smoke, and Incendiary
– Has special effects when idle or using skills
– Has the ability to flank enemies when possible.
– Able to dodge incoming fire, same with AR Team (from GFL SNPCs)
– Has Masking Ability, same with Squad 404 (from GFL SNPCs)

– Has 4 Skills in total (All Skills can stack)
= First Skill : (Blizzard EFX) Botan has 35% more damage, rate of fire, critical rate, and accuracy for 5 seconds for a cooldown of 8 seconds.
= Second Skill : When Passive, shoots twice for the first bullet for every fresh reload. When Active (Electric EFX), Botan shoots twice per bullet for 5 seconds for a cooldown of 8 seconds.
= Third Skill : When Passive, has 15% chance to deal 40% more damage for 3 seconds. When Active (Embers EFX), Botan has 40% more damage, critical rate, dodge rate, and accuracy for 6 seconds for a cooldown of 8 seconds.
= Fourth Skill : When Passive, if Botan reloads she has 40% reduced fire rate but 100% more accuracy. When Active (Star Streaks EFX), Botan deals 40% more damage and the fire rate debuff and accuracy buff is removed.
