Description:

An authorized reshaping of the new map City 27 v1b. Much has been changed, added, or removed in pursuit of making a polished experience for Willard Networks and its storyline. Welcome to Vladivostok, a terminal of the great City 8.

There WILL BE bugs. Please feel free to report any visual issues for us to observe and fix them. The map is also mostly compatible with Stormfox 2.

These are the following changes:

A snowy makeover.
A new warehouse connecting the outlands to the main city, sporting a functional crane.
A checkpoint that allows for a fluid teleportation from the main city to the outlands.
Adjustments to the main city and sewer layout.
An expanded nexus garage.
A new firing range in the nexus.
The old citadel layout has been connected to the nexus, as being able to access the citadel does not fit with our current lore.
The administrative building has been moved.
The slums have been expanded by definition, giving more space for rebel players and less to regular citizens.
The skybox has been opened for addons that sport helicopters, or scanners. This will impact performance, hopefully not by much.
Reflections have been added. If you do not like these reflections, you can turn them off by inputting "mat_specular 0" into your developer console.
Much more has been changed in accordance with various requests from the lovely people at Willard Networks.

What was once an abandoned project has recently been reinstated as a terminal, used for City Eight. This comes at a time where resistance activity within its subsidiary city has reached an all-time high. The future of this terminal is uncertain as it braces for a new influx of citizens and administration alike from City Eight.
