Accelerating tears
This passive item turns Isaac’s tears into rocketships that accelerate from zero to double their regular movement speed. In addition, Isaac’s tears will deal extra damage on impact based on their current speed. Accuracy is key, as the combined effects result in tears that deal very little bonus damage when they first start moving, but greater amounts after they reach top speed. In addition, items that slow or hasten tears will affect the bonus damage correspondingly.
