The Fake ID is card that allows to you to warp directly to a black market upon use.
New Update:
Fake ID now spawns naturally with all other cards in the game!
This means now when using items like of deck of cards or opening chests there is a chance of getting a Fake ID as opposed to the old method of artificial spawning.
