The Howa Type 64 was created to replace the Garand rifles that Japan had gotten from the US occupation forces. It was loaded with M14 magazines, using a variant of 7.62mm NATO with less load, to reduce recoil and make the weapon easier to control.

-No attachments->Can be fired on full auto
-Scoped->Scoped, locked to semi auto
