Picture this: The year is 1977. It’s Thursday night, and you’re chilling with your friends in a bar in Montréal.

One of them suggests going outside near the dumpster and everyone agrees.

Once you got there, one of them takes out a funny looking cigarette. The peer pressure is strong and you feel forced to "take a hit" as they say.

As soon as your lungs fill with this unknown substance, you realize what you did : You just consume a Schedule 3 prohibited drug ; W E E D (devil’s lettuce). The smoke (devil’s breath) barely escaped your lungs that you already feel this insatiable urge to murder everyone in Montreal, Québec, Canada.
