Merrick’s Razia (India)
Adds Razia, 5th Sultan of Delhi, as an alternate Indian leader. Made heir apparent by her father due to her talent in administration as a provincial governor, she held firm against jealous foes by installing her own loyal governors and instigating the general public to her side. While her reign was eventually cut short, she fought for her rule until the end with guile and determination.
Queen of the Times
- Established Governors exert an additional +3 Loyalty and +15% Religious Pressure when in cities following their religion.
- Military Land units receive +5 Strength when trained in cities at full Loyalty.
- When capturing or killing an enemy Spy, receive 100 Faith for every level of the enemy Spy.
- Receive +1 Governor Title and a free Spy at Civil Service.
Pillar of Women
- Unlikely to capitulate and likes others who match this behaviour. Admires large happy civilizations, dislikes unhappy civilizations
