Revived magic. Phase I.

So, phase I amplifies existing class strategic damage spells (all 3 of them).
– ‘Lightning storm’ has radius 2 now, applies (shock resistance check with strength 11) ‘Shock’ for 2 strategic turns; damage and cost are the same;
– ‘Wrath of God’ has radius 1, applies (spirit resistance check with strength 11) ‘Awed’ which is ‘Shaken’ (-400 morale) + decreased moving points by 10 for 2 strategic turns; damage and cost are the same;
– ‘Sunburst’ has radius 1, applies (fire resistance check with strength 11) ‘Eye burn’ which decreases sight radius by 4 and decreases awareness by 1 (makes all attacks flanking except directly from the front) for 2 strategic turns; damage and cost are the same.
PFXs for now are mostly original and chosen from unused game resources, but are applied to all targets.
Descriptions for the spells have only English and Russian versions.
