Description:

Add new mystical city upgrades, need DLC2.

Tax Bureau : +40 gold income but -100 happiness , need Gold Mine.
Training Grounds : Mounted units produced in city +15HP(same as Thoroughbred Mounts upgrade of Warlord), need Great Farm, only in living city.
Market : +10 gold +10 mana +5 research +50 population +50 dead population, need Inn.
Armoury ：All Tier 1 units produced in city +1 defence , need Magma Forge.
Mill : +15 production , need Haste Berries.
Mess Hall : Tier 1 and Tier 2 Irregular units produced in city +5 HP , meed Bountiful Melons, only in living city.

增加新的城市升级，需要黄金国度DLC。

税务局 : +40 金 -100满意度 , 需要金矿。
训练场 : 骑兵单位+15血(和军阀的纯种坐骑升级一样), 需要农场，亡灵城市不可造。
市场 : +10 金 +10 水晶 +5 科研 +50 人口 +50 死亡人口，需要酒馆。
兵工厂 : T1单位+1防御，需要熔炉。
磨坊 ： +15产能，需要加速果酱。
食堂 ： T1T2非正规单位+5生命，需要瓜地，亡灵城市不可造。
