Dark Elf Dwelling
Adds a Dark Elf Dwelling into the game, as specified on the Wiki:

It spawns in the RMG, but only on the underground layer. It’s not guaranteed to spawn, so don’t complain if it doesn’t.
I currently don’t have a compatibility patch with my own Mystical Dwelling Upgrades, and I didn’t want to force the functionality. Perhaps in the future.

Q: Why a Dwelling, and not a race ?
A: Because:
1) Lore. Most Dark Elves mended into the High Elves, so they’re very rare. The only group currently present on Athla we know of is led by Hester, and we haven’t heart anything about them. They’re in hiding, and they’re good at it. This is also a reason they dislike surface climes and the dwelling only spawns underground.
2) Work: To implement a full race, you need a lot of new models. This is a lot of work, and since i’m completely ignorant of how to do it myself, I have to ask others to do it for me. Since both my and their standards are high, it’s just not going fast.
3) Time: I also got a lot of other stuff to do.
