Reworked the character plus new sprites
• Resprited Blue Baby player, boss, related items, blue conjoined fatty and recolored costumes
• Non-sprite changes are made through lua, compatible with mods that alters players.xml file
• Lua Changes to Blue Baby character:
~ Spawns 1 Blue Fly every new room
~ Spawns 1 Blue Fly when hit
~ Starts with 1 Pretty Fly (Configurable)
~ Starts with 1 Bomb (Configurable)
~ Passive NO! trinket effect (Configurable – Prevents activated collectibles from being generated)
• Compatible with HardMode Major Boss Patterns
• Supports Unique Sins Sprites if you use it
