PistolProficiencyMod by Glytch3r

doesnt add any function, only adds custom animations

Custom animations are added and it is based on the players aiming level
adds 2 unique walk animation when pistol is equiped
adds 2 unique idle animations when pistol is equiped
adds 1 aiming animation when pistol and torch are equiped
