Makes Highwayman’s Tracking Shot also Mark a target on hit for three rounds.
Increases Highwayman’s individual freedom a bit so he can operate without necessarily needing someone to mark things for him. You can still only use Tracking Shot once, so this really only improves his short fight versatility. For Boss Encounters, you’ll still want a proper composition.
Note: Won’t work with any other mod that modifies Highwayman’s abilities, so you have to use this with vanilla Highwayman.
