Sealed Pump
Adds a Sealed Pitcher Pump. Does not replace the original Pitcher Pump, this is a separate, new building.
Sealed means it does not let liquids (or gases) flow through it. This can prevent those pesky duplicants from ruining your water reservoirs with their perfectly aimed "accidents".
Build in Plumbing, requires no research. Takes twice the resources regular pitcher pump needs.
Has basic json configuration.
