This mod will not stop characters from leaving if it was bc of game event such as :
If you give a character land or title he will leave your court .
If you change religion or an event bc of religion your bishop or cleric will leave .
If someone from your family marry and need to leave heshe will leave .
Decision {Stay Home Decision} allow you to enable/disable a notice window.
Stay home notice window will allow you to see who might leave your court and let you know, that way you can active the No More Wandering Mod on them and make sure they wont leave.
His original mod can be found here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2866071065 but that one is no longer working as of 1.13 update.
Credits to him for making this beautifull mod to begin with.
I have updated the mod to work again and will keep it updated like I do with so many mods.
