PureI Isaac (Character)
Adds a new character to the game, Pure Isaac! (Reversed Tainted Isaac)

Pure Magdalene
Has 1 red heart and 2 soul hearts at start, as well as his beloved Well-Loved-Dice with 8 charges. All item-giving rooms replace their items with small batteries when you enter them (exceptions: boss room, shop and secrets), but you have goat head effect from the start.
Well-loved dice rolls a numbers on first use, and on second does a thing based on this number:
1. spawns HP based item (in current room pool)
2. spawns Tainted Lost item (in current room pool)
3. spawns a familiar item (in current room pool)
4. spawns a poop item (in current room pool)
5. spawns 1-3 random hearts
6. spawns a quality 3-4 item (in current room pool)
If no suitable in the current room pool spawns random item from this pool
Birthright effect: everytime you spawn an item with your dice a dice shard spawns
