BattleZonesPlus
More zones and more players – that’s what BattleZonesPlus is about.
The main idea of this mod is to make the whole map a contested battle zone. In Regular Battle Zones players would fight mainly for several central zones, by contrast in this mod you need to fight for almost every piece of land, which makes the gameplay much more active and makes use of all the space on the map. You no longer need to focus on a certain zone – if somewhere the defense is too strong, you can push through another direction.
Due to the fact that the area in which hostilities are taking place is greatly increased with this mod, the maximum number of players for each map has been increased by 4. For example, up to 8 people can play on 2vs2 maps, up to 10 – on 3vs3 maps and so on.
Settings in this gamemode are (so far) almost identical to the battle zones settings.
At the moment, five maps are available for playing with this mod – Farmland, Suburbs, Courtyard, Steelworks Factory and Barricades Factory.
Please note that this mod is under development and is, of course, far from being perfect. In the course of development, game settings will most likely change, the location of zones and respawns will be adjusted for better balance. As far as possible, new maps will also be added.
Note that this mod may not be compatible with other mods. Compatibility will probably be fixed in future. If all other mods are deactivated, but your game still crashes, consider deactivating the mod and activating it again. More than one try might be required.
