A simple mod that drastically increases the cap to how many children a player can have.
Players have their max children increased by 99. If you need more than this… Well, good luck to you.
Do not use this mod with the standard More Children mod.
This mod does not increase fertility.

Should be compatible with nearly any mod.
For modders, all I’ve changed is one define for childbirth.
