Description:

Works just like it used to.

Functions just like the pre-nerf Stop Watch, but doesn’t replace the regular Stop Watch.

This means it always slows enemies, slows the music, and gives a little speed upgrade.
However, it also means that it’s a special item.

This item can be found in secret rooms, and very rarely in the shop.
