The fourth governor in my Governor series has finally designed QAQ
This mod provides players with a new governor – Snow Rabbit Merchant Hazuki yuki
The governor is good at helping you obtain gold coins from all aspects, and can allow you to buy some buffs that were not originally available through gold coins. For example, population, number of governors, technology and culture.
Please rest assured in terms of intensity, I will try my best to keep up with the original Governor and not be a supermodel (at least I designed it according to this concept)
The biggest feature of this mod is the ability to purchase exclusive governor projects for population, technology, culture, army buffs, and governor points
After completing these projects, players will receive profits that cannot be directly purchased with coins in the original game

The city trains trader +20% Production. Domestic trade routes from or to the city +2 gold
Builders were allowed to build improvements in the city: Snow rabbit shops
+1 gold . Unlock +1 gold after mercantilism
For every 2 plots of tundra or 2 plot of tundra hills or 1 plot of snow, +1 gold
For every bonus resource adjacent, +1 gold, luxury resource adjacent +2 gold
Unlock Flight technology to provide Tourism equivalent to gold output
You can’t build next to each other.
This city area provides+1 gold coins to adjacent areas (settled in the form of adjacent bonuses)
+1 trade route.
For each resource that the city has, +1[ICON_Gold] gold for international trade routes departing from the city.
Unlock a series of items. You can earn the title of Governor, population, technology, culture, etc., by completing these 1 production needs projects
Items are as follows
Attract more people? Easy ~ : Spend quantitative gold, get 1 population
Cost of gold = current city population *21+40
Rush scientific research? Order now and enjoy 20% off! : Spend a fixed amount of gold and gain 2 rounds of science output from Civilization. Gold spent = output per round *5
Do culture? I can understand if the money is enough ~ : spend quantitative gold, get civilization 2 rounds of culture output. Gold cost = Culture output per turn *5
Arms? I’m a good, honest merchant of conscience! … Extra money!! : Cost a fixed amount of gold, so that the city can produce military units +10% production, can be stacked. The project is completed up to 4 times. Gold cost = number of rounds *3
A nuclear bomb? ! What is that? (Understanding). Oh, it’s a super bomb. Huh? Huh? ! Here, here, here? ! I can’t do this money for you!!!
Turns out, even the smartest snow rabbit businessman can’t use money to lay a nuclear bomb.
It’s no use when it’s done.
… ? Shake people? Well, then you’ve got the right guy! : Spend a fixed amount of gold to earn the title of Governor *1. Gold cost =125+ number of rounds *3
Plot adjacent to the Snow Rabbit Shop +1 Gold. Districts provides tourism performance equivalent to output
The character comes from a unpopular mobile game ‘Soul Tide’
