This is a moe-themed pack based on the Touhou Project. After activating this mod, the leader settings will automatically switch to static. The degree of moe and the consistency of the art style have improved significantly compared to the moe civilization mod
With the release date of Civilization VII confirmed, I am preparing to create my final leader mod. Initially, I planned to make a mod for my favorite character, Sanae, from Touhou. However, considering there are already two Sanae mods in the community, and reflecting on my ongoing frustration with the inconsistent art styles in moe civilizations, I realized that the materials from Touhou perfectly satisfy my perfectionist tendencies.
Thus, I decided to create an all-moe mod as my farewell piece. Unlike the previous moe pack, which took a year to complete, this time I finished 77 leaders in one go! If the Touhou moe pack receives 200 likes before the official release of Civilization VII, I will consider continuing to make 2D moe mods for Civilization VII.
