Description:

This mod enhances Victoria 3’s performance by reducing culture complexity, speeding up assimilation, and optimizing population mechanics for a smoother gameplay experience.

1. Drastically Reduced Cultures: Over 80% of cultures have been merged or reduced for improved game performance without affecting game balance. For example:

   Danish, Swedish, Icelandic, and Norwegian cultures merged into "Scandinavia."
   Mexican, North Andes, and South Andes cultures merged into "Spanish American."
   African cultures combined into four regions: West, East, Central, and South.
   Native American cultures combined into three regions: North, Central, and Southern.

2. Enhanced POP Consolidation: POP consolidation now occurs at higher population thresholds (100-300, 300-500, 500-1000), reducing the number of small POPs and improving game performance by 10-20%.
3. Rebalanced & Accelerated Incorporation: Say goodbye to outrageous 25-year wait times! State incorporation is accelerated by 2.5 times, capping at a strict 10 years (inspired by Ferrous’s Double Incorporation Speed). Speeds scale based on cultural relation:
   – 0.8 years for a primary culture homeland.
   – 2 years for sharing heritage AND language.
   – 4 years for sharing heritage OR language.
   – 6 years for sharing a cultural trait.
   – 10 years for completely alien cultures.
4. Immediate Assimilation and Conversion: All POPs instantly change to primary culture and state religion, which drastically reduces assimilation lag. This affects game balance, so use with caution.
5. Performance Stability: Improved CPU usage and optimized performance allow smoother gameplay up to 1936, with fewer crashes and better multiplayer connection quality.
6. Multiplayer Compatibility: This mod is compatible with multiplayer and improves connection stability for a better online experience.
7. CPU Optimization: Designed to ensure the game runs smoother, even in late-game scenarios with high population counts.
