1. starts with 1 red heart, 1 black heart, act of contrition (without it’s stat additions) and his pocket active, New Testament.
2. gets 10 coins after buying something for hearts, but this also discharges his pocket active

4 charges. Turns you into an immortal angel with godhead and flight for one room, but also spawns soul of judas familiar that follows you and works like isaac’s heart. Taking damage because of soul doesnt ruin your deal chance, even when red hearts got hurt. Also he has protection from enemy brimstones and explosions. Using this active second time in the same room will only give player a half of soul heart
