TiRekS’ Propane Station Mod for v40.x with a few updates (Original mod here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1501156223)

I will remove this mod when TiRekS contacts me or when he decides to update his mod.

1. Propane Tanks no longer disappear upon depletion
2. Propane Stations can no longer be destroyed.
