Adds 12 new City-states to the game, which are:
Arkaim,
Baku,
Calicut,
Dhaka,
Kashgar,
Kathmandu,
Lhasa,
Manila,
Pagan,
Taipei,
Ururmqi,
Yangon.

Currently supports English, German, French, Italian and Japanese (Thanks to Adon) languages. Supports YnAMP.
