What kind of mod is this?

This mod adds new interest groups, slightly edits parties and introduces new ideologies for groups, introduces some new mechanics, and adds new events.
Although the mod is still under development and testing, it is already working stably due to its small size.

The mod is absolutely compatible with a lot of mods, since it is enough to install another mod lower in the list than this one, so that your new mod overwrites the data of this mod. The mod creates only a few new IDs, but for the most part, it accesses standard game files.


Why did I create this mod? After all, there is a Better Political Mod.

I was prompted to create such a mod by the desire not to change the vanilla gameplay of the internal politics of the countries too much. In the fashion of the "Best Political Mod", so to speak, the mechanics are too stuffy, which at a distance is tiring. I like the variety of ideological groups and parties in that fashion, however, I would like a more vanilla gameplay in a game with a slightly greater variety of ideological groups. This is what this mod was created for.


Who is the author?

This is my first modification, and ChatGPT and other neural networks participated in its creation by 55%. As I worked, I began to understand the code, thanks to the explanations of ChatGPT. Although I still don’t understand a lot, and there are some flaws in fashion, I hope they won’t be too noticeable. If you have any tips on improving the mod (technical in nature, how to improve the code), write in the comments. If there is a lot of advice, I will create a discussion.


What features are in fashion:
  • Creation of new interest groups and parties. Perhaps in the future I will divide communists into socialists and communists, but for now it is represented within the same party.
  • Holding a 100% event dedicated to Lenin in Russia.
  • Improving the performance of my computer and probably the computers of other players by reducing crops in regions of the world. This, of course, strikes at the historicity, but the game becomes faster when playing at fifth speed.
  • Solutions have been created that allow you to successfully play for small countries, receiving temporary bonuses and debuffs. These bonuses and debuffs may seem too strong, but they are designed to avoid passive play and playing in afc mode when playing for third world countries.
