Fixed Riftborn Population Cost
Changes:
– Riftborn Population costs 300 production (normal speed)
– Multiple Riftborn can be produced in a single turn
Reason:
In the base game the cost to produce a riftborn population scale with the amount of RF population already present in the system. This scaling cost can be exploited. By building new population in empty systems and transporting them to more populated ones, every single riftborn can be built for the lowest possible price. This mod fixes that exploit by fixing the cost of a riftborn to the same amount any other races new population would cost in food (300 at normal game speed).
